You need to progress through standard Apotheosis until you have Mythic-tier equipment and Perfect-grade gems; the mod doesn't add new early-game content, only endgame tiers beyond what Apotheosis already provides. Once you have those items, you can craft your first Ascension Core and begin post-Mythic progression.

The Ascension Forge is a crafting station you build early to upgrade rarity materials and create Evolution Catalysts using a reusable Ascension Core. The Apex Ascension Bench is the endgame multiblock structure that unlocks final gem grades and pinnacle equipment reforges once you've progressed through the mid-tier rarities.

Craft Focus Sigils at the Affix Loom for your chosen specialization (Attack, Defense, Agility, Sustain, or Utility), then use them during reforges to guide item rolls toward matching stats instead of random clutter.
