Find Ametrine or Aquamarine ore underground, mine it with at least an iron pickaxe, and smelt the raw drops into ingots. From there you can craft tools, armor, and decorative blocks using the crystal shards and ingots you collect.
What pickaxe level do I need to mine Ametrine and Aquamarine ore?
