Frequently asked questions

How do I get started with Waystones?
Craft a Warp Stone and place it down to create your first Waystone, then right-click it to activate it. Once activated, it becomes a teleport destination you can return to from any other Waystone.
How do I teleport between Waystones?
Right-click a Waystone to open the travel menu, then select a discovered destination. Teleporting costs XP, and the cost scales with distance traveled.
Why can't I teleport to a waystone I found?
You must activate a Waystone by right-clicking it before it appears in your travel list. Some Waystones also require you to have enough XP to cover the travel cost.
What's the difference between a waystone, portstone, and sharestone?
Waystones are public and shared across the world, Portstones are private to you, and Sharestones let you grant access to specific players. Use Portstones or Sharestones when you don't want strangers teleporting into your base.
