About this mod

Nether's Exotism is a mod that adds 5 exotic fruits that exist in real life, each nether biome receives a fruit. You can consume these fruits directly and have some special effects, but you can also do something else with them...

I'm French and this mod was done with Mcreator

Here are the 5 fruits that are added by Nether Exoticism, the Jabuticaba (Spawn in Basalt Deltas and give a "Cure" effect), the Kiwano (Spawn in Warped Forest and give a "fire resistance" effect) the Rambutan (Spawn in Nether Wastes and give a "regeneration" effect), the Buddha's Hand (Spawn in Soul Sand Valley and give a "night vision" effect), and the Pitaya (Spawn in Crimsom Forest and give a "wither cure" effect) !

You can make blocks, they are used to store but also to decorate

Nether's Exoticism adds a rival creature to the Axlolotl, a Moloch, the Thorny Devil ! A small creature that can be obtain in villager cleric trade or in nether forteress chest, you can collect it in a bucket to take it wherever you want, but be careful, don't hit it, you risk getting stung ! He loves eating small arthopods such as Spiders, Silverfish, Endermite but he also likes to eat slime or magma cube.

Here are the fruit trees :

With the trees of Jabuticaba and Rambutan, you can make planks, doors, slabs, stairs ... like wood.

With rambutan you can make a helmet and shield that does damage to the entity around

You can do a lot of other things with the fruits, with the Kiwano, you can make an armor and tool set that automatically cooks whatever you break with it.

With Jaboticaba Jam you can make new potions ! (Wither Cure, Fire Resistance, Saturation and Night Vision)

Nether's Exoticism is compatible with Create so you can store Jabuticaba Juice in tanks, Jabuticaba can be compacted with a press to make Juice, Glass Bottle can be filled with Juice to make Jam..

This mod adds compatibility with Farmer's Delight, so Kiwano, Bouddha's Hand and Pitaya can be cut to make Sliced Kiwano, Chopped Bouddha's Hand and Cut Pitaya. And Adds Unsettling and Curious Fruits Salad that combine the different effect of each fruit

Frequently asked questions

What fruits does Nether's Exoticism add?

Five exotic fruits, one per nether biome: Jabuticaba (Basalt Deltas, Cure), Kiwano (Warped Forest, Fire Resistance), Rambutan (Nether Wastes, Regeneration), Buddha's Hand (Soul Sand Valley, Night Vision) and Pitaya (Crimson Forest).

What do the fruits do?

Eaten directly, each fruit grants its biome's effect — for example Kiwano gives Fire Resistance and Rambutan gives Regeneration — and the fruits can also be used in further recipes.

Where do you find the fruits?

Each nether biome hosts a different fruit, so explore Basalt Deltas, Warped Forest, Nether Wastes, Soul Sand Valley and Crimson Forest to gather the full set.
