How do I get started with Create: New Age?
Craft a Basic Motor and a Basic Energizer, then place the motor on your Create kinetic network to convert rotation into electricity. Run Copper Wire from the energizer to whatever you want to power, and use an Electrical Connector to link wire runs across gaps.
What's the difference between a motor and an energizer?
Motors attach to Create's rotational shafts and convert stress/rotation into electrical energy, while energizers are the blocks that actually store or distribute that electricity through wires. You generally need both: motors to make power, energizers to buffer and send it out.
Why isn't my machine getting power through the wires?
Check that every wire segment is actually connected — Copper Wire, Overcharged Iron Wire, Overcharged Golden Wire, and Overcharged Diamond Wire are separate tiers and don't always mix freely. Also confirm the energizer has a charge and that your Electrical Connectors are placed at the endpoints rather than mid-run.
How do I make Overcharged materials?
Overcharged Iron, Gold, and Diamond are produced by running the base material through an overcharging process that consumes electrical power from your network. Once you have Overcharged Iron Sheet, Overcharged Golden Sheet, or Overcharged Diamond, you can craft them into the corresponding wire tiers for higher throughput.
