Frequently asked questions

How do I get my items back from a Gravestone?
Walk up to the grave block and interact with it to open the container, then move your items back into your inventory. If the grave is empty, check whether another grave spawned nearby or whether your death dropped items normally instead.
How do I open a grave?
Right-click (or use your interact button) on the grave block while standing next to it. If it won't open, make sure you're the owner or that grave protection/ownership settings aren't locking you out.
How do I find my death location?
Use the mod's death location or obituary feature, which records where you died and can point you back to the grave. If you enabled coordinates in your world settings, the recorded position will match your death spot.
How do I find my death ID?
Each grave is tied to a death record, and the obituary or grave interface shows that identifier along with the death cause and time. Use it to tell multiple graves apart when you've died more than once.
