Freecam Mod Wiki & Guide

wiki.9minecraft.net/freecam-mod/

Freecam Mod lets you separate your camera from your player’s body. This allows you to fly around freely, even through blocks, to get a better look at your builds or explore your world. When you turn it off, you’ll pop right back to where your character was standing.

Frequently asked questions

How do I open the freecam menu or settings?
Open the mod's configuration screen from the Mods list or the in-game config menu, where you can change flight style, speed, brightness, and player model visibility. Most in-game toggles are bound to keys you can rebind in the Controls menu.
What key turns freecam on and off?
Freecam is toggled with its assigned keybind, which you can check or change under Controls in the Options menu. Pressing it again returns your camera to your player's body at their original position.
Why did my character stay in place while I flew around?
That's how freecam works: only the camera moves, while your player's body remains where it was. Your character does not actually travel with the camera, so you can scout ahead without moving.
Can I fly through blocks and walls with freecam?
Yes, the freecam camera passes through solid blocks, so you can inspect builds or terrain from inside or behind them. Your player body is unaffected and stays where it was.
