Make sure you've placed the file in BOTH your resource pack folder AND your world's data pack folder—the mod needs both to work. If you're still seeing frozen Pokémon, check that no other animation packs are conflicting by removing duplicate creature files from one of the packs.
How do I stop my Pokémon from T-posing or glitching during battles?
