Mount any rideable mob like a horse or donkey, then press F5 to switch to third-person view. Your camera is now free to move independently—use your mouse or controller stick to look around, and press WASD to steer your mount toward where you're looking.
Why does my mount keep turning when I look around?
Make sure you're in third-person view (press F5). If your mount still turns instantly when you move the camera, check that the mod is loaded correctly and that no conflicting camera mod is overriding the decoupled steering behavior.
Can I use this mod with a controller?
