How do I start recycling iron items?
Place any iron item (like chains, rails, or iron bars) into a furnace with fuel, just as you would smelt ore. The furnace will output nuggets, ingots, or blocks depending on what you smelted.
What items can I recycle with this mod?
You can recycle chains, rails, iron bars, anvils, minecarts, buckets, and other iron-crafted items. Check the in-game furnace recipe book to see all recyclable items and their outputs.
Why did I only get nuggets instead of an ingot?
Items that require fewer than four ingots to craft return nuggets instead. Only items requiring four or more ingots return a full ingot when smelted.
Can I recycle damaged or low-durability tools?
Yes, damaged iron tools and gears smelt the same as undamaged ones—durability doesn't affect the output. This works for any iron tool, regardless of how worn it is.
