Oceans Delight Wiki & Guide

Craft a fishing rod or grab a knife and head to the ocean, since most recipes start with squid, cod, guardians, or sea pickles. Kill squid for tentacles and cod for stuffing, then use a crafting grid or cooking pot to turn them into the mod's dishes.

Squid drop tentacles when killed, and you can also obtain cut tentacles by processing them further. Tentacles are the base for Squid Rings, Tentacle on a Stick, and Baked Tentacle on a Stick.

Take cut tentacles and process them into rings using the mod's cooking or crafting process. Squid Rings are a safe, edible squid-based food that doesn't require fighting guardians.

Guardians deal thorns damage when you hit them, so use a ranged weapon like a bow or trident, or lure them onto land where they flop helplessly. Once dead, their tails and slices can be cooked into Guardian Soup, Cooked Guardian Tail, and other dishes.
