Load the map file in your Minecraft world, then spawn in your starting town. You'll begin with the option to choose your first Pokémon companion before heading out to explore routes and catch wild Pokémon in tall grass.

Walk through tall grass on the routes connecting towns—different areas spawn different species depending on the terrain and biome. Caves, forests, and water routes also have their own Pokémon populations matching the original games.

Visit a Poké Center in any town and interact with the Nurse—your Pokémon will fully heal. Poké Centers are always located in the same spots as they were in the original games.

Collecting badges from gym leaders shows your progress through the region and is the main goal of the adventure. Defeat gym leaders in their signature locations to earn badges and work toward completing your Pokédex.
