How do I turn Voxy on and actually see the far terrain?
Voxy works through its own render distance setting rather than vanilla's, so you need to enable Voxy in its config and then raise the Voxy render distance slider above your normal Minecraft render distance. If you only increase the vanilla render distance, you won't get the long-distance LoD terrain.
Why is my far terrain missing or just empty past a certain point?
Voxy only builds LoD data for chunks you have actually loaded and explored, so areas you've never visited won't appear no matter how high you set the distance. Walk or fly through the region once with Voxy enabled so it can generate the lower-detail versions.
Does Voxy work with shaders?
Yes, but only with shaders that are specifically written to support Voxy's LoD terrain. Standard shaderpacks will usually ignore or break the far view, so check that your pack lists Voxy compatibility before expecting it to work.
How is Voxy different from just raising my render distance?
