Frequently asked questions
How do I turn on automatic stack refill?
The mod works automatically once installed on the server or client, so there is no toggle to flip. Just keep a spare stack of the same item somewhere in your main inventory and it will be pulled into your hand when the current stack runs out.
Does stack refill work in singleplayer?
Yes, it works in singleplayer because your local world runs an integrated server. If you only install it on the server side in multiplayer, singleplayer worlds still benefit as long as the mod is loaded there too.
Where does the replacement stack have to be for refill to work?
The replacement must be in your main inventory, not in a shulker box, ender chest, or offhand. The mod looks for matching items in your inventory slots and swaps them into your hand.
Why isn't my hand refilling even though I have more of the item?
Check that the spare stack is actually in your main inventory and that it's the exact same item, since different durability, enchantments, or NBT data can prevent a match. Also make sure the mod is installed on the side that controls the inventory logic.
