How do I find a stronghold with this mod?
Strongholds generate in the same locations as vanilla Minecraft—follow Eyes of Ender as normal. The mod replaces the interior layout entirely, so you'll recognize the entrance structure but find a massive fortress inside instead of the small vanilla rooms.
What's the best order to explore the five stronghold sections?
Start at the Lobby Complex to orient yourself and understand the layout, then branch into whichever section suits your current gear. The Sewer Complex and Jail Complex are generally more dangerous than the Library Complex, so prioritize based on your armor and weapons.
Why are there so many drowned and slimes in one area?
That's the Sewer Complex—it's intentionally flooded with water channels and spawns water-based mobs like drowned and slimes. Bring water breathing potions or a helmet enchanted with Respiration to explore safely.
Can I find the End portal in the same place as vanilla strongholds?
The End portal is now housed in a dedicated Portal Chamber with expanded halls and decorative stonework around the altar. It's still the final objective, but the chamber is much larger and more elaborate than vanilla.
