Locating the Portal Chamber

The Portal Chamber is the stronghold's ultimate destination, housing the redesigned End portal altar. From the Lobby Complex, follow the most ornate and central passages—the Portal Chamber is typically the most architecturally elaborate wing. Look for increased stone brick decoration and wider corridors leading deeper into the structure.

Preparing for the Final Push

Before entering the Portal Chamber, ensure you have:

• Full armor and weapons
• Food and healing items
• Eyes of Ender (if you haven't already used them to locate the stronghold)
• Blocks for building or escaping

Activating the Portal

The End portal altar is surrounded by expanded halls filled with hostile mobs. Clear the chamber systematically before approaching the portal frame. The portal requires Eyes of Ender to activate—place them in the frame blocks as you would in vanilla Minecraft. Once all frame blocks are filled, the portal ignites and you can jump through to the End dimension.
