Bring a water breathing potion or helmet enchanted with Respiration to explore submerged sections safely.

Navigation Strategy

The sewer's water-filled layout makes navigation disorienting. Mark your path with torches placed on walls above the waterline. Move slowly and use a sword to clear hostile mobs before they overwhelm you. Drowned carry tridents and deal significant damage—keep your distance and use ranged weapons when possible.

Loot and Resources

Sewers contain valuable supplies in hidden chests, though the environment is more dangerous than rewarding. Prioritize survival over looting. Bring blocks to create air pockets if you need to catch your breath underwater.
