Start by exploring the world and collecting new materials you find in caves, structures, and the environment. Once you have basic resources, check the crafting recipes in your recipe book (or JEI/NEI if you use it) to begin crafting custom armor sets and tools.

Each armor set uses a different custom material and offers unique durability, protection levels, and enchantability. Some sets may also have special properties like knockback resistance or increased movement speed—check the mod's item descriptions or hover tooltips to see what each set provides.

Place a dyeable item (Elytra, book, or bundle) in a crafting grid with dye, similar to dyeing leather armor in vanilla Minecraft. You can combine multiple dyes to create custom colors.

Hats and mushroom caps are cosmetic headwear that can be worn in the helmet slot. Some mushroom caps have size-changing effects that alter your player model when equipped.
