How do I turn on the circular render distance?

It's on by default once the mod is installed, so you don't need to enable anything. Just launch the game and your render distance becomes a 3D circular shape instead of a square. If you want to adjust how far it reaches, use the horizontal stretch option.

Where is the horizontal stretch option?
