How do I open the trade screen and see locked trades?

Right-click a villager as you normally would to open its trading menu. With the mod installed, locked trades appear in the list alongside the ones you can already use, so you don't need to press anything extra.

Why can't I see the locked trades even though the mod is installed?

Make sure the mod is actually loaded on the client you're playing on, since the trade list is rendered client-side. If you're on a server, the trades still come from the server, but the display of locked entries is handled by the mod.

Do I need to unlock a trade before I can see what it is?

No. The whole point of the mod is that locked and unavailable trades are shown in the menu so you can read them before meeting the requirements. You still have to meet the villager's requirements to actually complete the trade.

Can I actually buy from a locked trade?

No, locked trades are display-only until you unlock them normally. The mod shows you what's coming so you can plan, but it doesn't let you bypass the unlock requirement.
