Redstone Arsenal Mechanics and Empowerment

The core mechanic of Redstone Arsenal is the Empowered State.

1. Toggling: By default, pressing the 'V' key will toggle the Empowered state for the item currently held in the main hand.
2. Visual Indicators: When an item is Empowered, it will glow with a distinct red glint, and its icon in the hotbar will change to show an active redstone aura.
3. Energy Consumption: Standard mode uses a minimal amount of RF per use (e.g., 100-200 RF). Empowered mode uses significantly more (e.g., 800-1600 RF) but provides the secondary effects listed in the tool/weapon sections.
4. Flux-Infused Quiver: This specialized back-slot item (or inventory item) stores arrows and can automatically infuse them with RF. If the player has a Flux-Infused Bow and a charged Quiver, they do not need physical arrows in their inventory.
