Place the block against the side of another block (north, south, east, or west face) instead of on top of it. The Reinforced Deepslate will orient to face the direction you clicked, giving you horizontal placement in all four directions.
Can I get Reinforced Deepslate in Survival mode?
No, this mod does not add a crafting recipe. Reinforced Deepslate is only available in Creative Mode inventory, just like in vanilla Minecraft.
