Build Reinforced Deepslate Structures Without Affecting Ancient Cities
Safe Building in Dangerous Biomes
This mod doesn't alter the generation or structure of Ancient Cities, so you can safely use horizontal Reinforced Deepslate blocks in deep dark biomes without worrying about breaking the natural dungeon layouts.
Building Near Ancient Cities
1. Locate an Ancient City using your preferred exploration method
2. Build your structure at a safe distance away from the city's main chambers
3. Use horizontal Reinforced Deepslate to complement the existing aesthetic without interfering with loot or structure integrity
4. The mod won't modify any naturally-generated blocks, so existing Ancient City features remain untouched
Design Considerations
- Match the deep, dark theme of Ancient Cities by using Reinforced Deepslate as a primary building material
- Place blocks facing different directions to create visual interest that complements the city's architecture
- Avoid building directly inside generated structures; instead, create adjacent or nearby companion builds
- The blocks work well for creating pathways, walls, or decorative elements around the perimeter
