Stand where you want the text to appear and type /eh create in chat, replacing with a unique name and with what you want displayed. The hologram will spawn at your feet and face toward you automatically.
Can players see holograms without installing the mod?
Yes, holograms are server-side only, so players joining with a normal Minecraft client can read every display without any extra files or mods.
How do I make a hologram face a wall like a sign?
Use /eh create fixed to spawn a hologram at a fixed angle, then use /eh setrotation [pitch] to point it exactly where you want.
Why can't players read my hologram in dark areas?
