How do I find an ancient village?
Use the command `/locate structure ancientvillages:xxx` to pinpoint the nearest settlement, or explore taiga biomes on foot—villages generate naturally in these cold forest areas. Once you spot Japanese-style buildings with dark wood and stone lanterns, you've found one.
What do I do when I first arrive at a village?
Walk up to any character in the settlement and interact with them to see available quests. Accept a quest to begin building your reputation with that villager and the town.
How does the reputation system work?
Completing quests for villagers increases your reputation score with them and the town. Higher reputation unlocks access to better armor, weapons, and special crafting recipes that villagers will trade with you.
