Overview

Overhauled Village replaces the buildings inside Minecraft's villages with hand-built designs that match the biome around them, and gives pillager outposts the same treatment.

Villages keep their vanilla mechanics: villagers, workstations, job sites, trading, breeding, raids and the bell all behave normally. Only the buildings and layout change.

It rebuilds plain vanilla towns into massive, detailed settlements with multi-story houses, town plazas, and decorated rooms. Every biome gets its own unique building style and layout.

Does the mod give each biome a different village style?

Yes, it adds unique building designs for biomes like plains, deserts, savannas, taigas, jungles, swamps, badlands, beaches, dark forests, mushroom islands, and mountains. Each biome's settlements follow their own style and layout.

Can I still trade with villagers after installing this mod?

Yes, all normal villager jobs and trading keep working perfectly, so you can still build your trading halls. The mod keeps all vanilla workstations and job blocks.
