How do I mute a player permanently?
Use `/mute ` to permanently silence a player from chat and sign placement. If you need to remove the mute later, use `/unmute `.
Can I ban a player without them being online?
Yes, use `/tempban ` to ban offline players. The ban takes effect when they next attempt to join the server.
What's the difference between /warn and /sanction?
`/warn` sends a visible chat warning to a player but doesn't enforce any punishment, while `/sanction` applies a pre-configured punishment template (mute, freeze, or ban) based on your server's settings.
