How do I create a custom villager with a new profession?
Place a fletching table next to an unemployed villager, then right-click the villager while holding the profession item that corresponds to the career you want (for example, a pickaxe for Miner). The villager will adopt that profession and begin offering trades from that profession's pool.
What's the difference between the six professions?
Redstoner trades redstone components and contraption materials; Lumberjack offers wood and tree-related items; Miner sells ores and stone variants; Hunter trades animal drops and hunting gear; Beekeeper deals in honey and bee-related products; Explorer offers rare items and map trades. Each has 350+ randomized trades across all profession types.
Can I change a villager's profession after I've set it?
