Preparing the Workstation

Each profession requires a specific workstation block. Place the corresponding block (such as a fletching table for the Redstoner) in an accessible location where you plan to work with villagers.

Converting a Villager

1. Find an unemployed villager or one with an unwanted profession

2. Obtain the profession-specific item associated with the career you want (for example, redstone components for a Redstoner)

3. Hold the item and interact with the villager while they are near their workstation block

4. The villager will adopt the new profession

Confirming the Change

Once converted, the villager's appearance will update to reflect their new profession. They are now ready to trade. You can level them up by completing trades to unlock better deals and additional options.
