Troubleshooting: Ping Numbers Not Showing in the Tab List

First Checks

If you expected numbers but still see the old signal bars, confirm the mod is actually loaded for the current profile. Check that you launched the correct modded profile rather than a vanilla one. If the mod is present but the tab list is unchanged, another mod that overhauls the tab list or player list may be overriding it, since two mods cannot both control the same display.

Font and Display Issues

If numbers appear but are unreadable, blurry, or cut off, the problem is rendering rather than the mod failing. Apply one of the built-in font resource packs (pixelated or smooth) as described in the font-fix guide. Make sure only one Numeral Ping font pack is selected at a time, and that no unrelated font-overhaul pack is conflicting with it.

When It Still Will Not Work

• Remove or reconfigure other tab-list or HUD mods one at a time to find the conflict.
• Toggle the mod off and on, then rejoin the world, to force the tab list to rebuild.
• Test on a singleplayer world to confirm the mod functions before blaming the server.

If numbers show in singleplayer but not on a server, the server may be sending ping data in a way the mod cannot read, which is outside your control.
