Frequently asked questions

How do I know if the mod is actually working?

Launch Minecraft with the mod installed and check your mods list in the main menu to confirm No Chat Restrictions appears and is enabled. Try opening the multiplayer menu or typing in chat—if these work without restrictions, the mod is active.

Do I need to install this mod on the server too?

No, this is a client-side only mod, so you only need it installed on your own game. The server doesn't need it for the mod to work for you.

Will this mod get me unbanned or remove my chat restriction flag?

No, this mod bypasses the restriction on your client so you can use chat and multiplayer menus, but it doesn't change your account status with Microsoft or Mojang. Your account flag remains the same.

Can I use this mod on servers and Realms?

Yes, the mod works on any multiplayer server or Realm you join. Since it's client-side only, the server won't detect or block it.
