Edit or Remove Specific Lines of Item Lore

Replace a Lore Line

If you need to change a specific line without rewriting all lore, hold the item and use:

/setloreline 1 New text for this line

`

Replace 1 with the line number you want to change (counting from 1). This overwrites only that line.

Remove a Lore Line

To delete a specific line:

`

/removeloreline 2

`

This removes line 2. All lines below it shift up by one position.

Insert a Line Without Replacing

To add a line in the middle of existing lore:

`

/insertloreline 2 New line goes here

`

This inserts the text before line 2, pushing existing lines down. Use this to add details without losing your current lore structure.

These commands let you fine-tune item descriptions without starting over, making it easy to iterate on map text during testing.
