How to Get Forge Energy Machines Working Through the Team Reborn Energy Bridge

What the bridge does

The Team Reborn Energy API Bridge translates between the Team Reborn energy system and Forge-style energy handling. Machines and cables from different ecosystems can then share power instead of each reporting zero transfer.

Making machines accept power

1. Place the energy source and the machine so they touch directly, or connect them with a cable from either ecosystem. The bridge works at the point of contact, so a gap means no transfer.

2. Check the machine's energy input side. Many machines only accept energy on specific faces; rotate the machine or the cable so the connection lands on an input face.

3. Watch the machine's internal energy bar or GUI. If it fills, the bridge is working. If it stays empty while the source is full, the two sides are not actually touching a bridged block.

4. For cables, remember that a cable from one ecosystem will not connect visually to a machine from the other unless the bridge is active. A cable that refuses to attach is a sign the bridge did not load.

5. If transfer works but is very slow, that is usually the cable's own transfer rate, not the bridge. Swap in a higher-tier cable from either side.

Test with a single source and a single machine before building a large network, so you can isolate which connection is failing.
