Why Your Held Item Still Won't Appear in a Moving Boat

You installed the mod, toggled it on, and yet your hand is still empty while the boat moves. Here is how to troubleshoot the most common causes.

Check the Master Toggle First

The most frequent culprit is the main rendering toggle being off, or the config not being saved. Reopen the config via Mod Menu or Configured and confirm the render-while-moving option is actually enabled. Save and exit the screen fully.

Check Your Item Filter

If you set up a filter for which items render, an item that is not on that list will never show, even with the master toggle on. Either add the item to the filter or clear the filter so everything is allowed.

Look for Conflicts

Other client-side rendering or hand-related mods can override this one. Temporarily disable suspicious mods and test again. Also confirm you are genuinely in a moving boat: the mod only changes behavior during movement, so a stationary boat already shows your hand in vanilla.

Remember the Limits

This mod is client-side and rendering-only. It does not let you use items while boating, and it does not change server logic. If the item shows for you but nothing happens when you click, that is expected behavior, not a bug.
