How to Craft and Use the Flux Accessor

What the Flux Accessor Is

The Flux Accessor is the bridge between your ME network's stored FE and the outside world. It lets machines, cables, and other FE consumers pull power from your ME energy cells without needing to be part of the ME network themselves.

Crafting It

Craft the Flux Accessor using an Energy Processor, Harden Insulating Resin, and the other ingredients listed in JEI. Because it uses an Energy Processor, make sure your Inscriber Energy Press is running before you start.

Placing and Connecting

Place the Flux Accessor adjacent to your ME network (or connect it with ME cables) and also adjacent to the FE consumer you want to power. The accessor will pull FE from your ME storage cells and push it into the connected machine or cable.

Practical Uses

  • Powering a machine that is not ME-aware directly from your ME energy buffer.
  • Feeding FE into a cable run that supplies several machines at once.
  • Acting as a charging point for the Induction Card when placed near your access terminal.

If nothing is receiving power, double-check that the accessor is actually touching both the ME network and the consumer, and that your cells have charge.
