Use the Spyglass Without Holding It

Quick Access Setup

The Zoomglass Mod lets you zoom in with a spyglass instantly, without needing to hold it in your hotbar. This frees up inventory space for other essential items.

How to Use

1. Make sure you have a spyglass somewhere in your inventory (main inventory or any accessible slot)

2. Press Z (the default keybind) to activate the zoom

3. Your view will immediately zoom in, just like holding a physical spyglass

4. Look around while zoomed to scout distant terrain, structures, or mobs

5. Press Z again or press your sneak key to exit zoom mode

Why This Matters

Unlike vanilla spyglass use, you don't need to dedicate a hotbar slot. Keep your spyglass in your backpack and access it on demand. This is especially useful for long journeys where you want to scout ahead without sacrificing space for tools, weapons, or building blocks.
