Tanks move slowly but absorb massive damage. Focus fire on them last; prioritize faster threats first. Chargers sprint at high speed—maintain distance and use obstacles to break line of sight. Assassins turn invisible and deal heavy burst damage; stay in groups and listen for footsteps. Blight zombies poison you and contaminate ground—avoid their zones and keep antidote potions ready.

Bursters accelerate as they approach and explode; kite them away from your position and detonate them at range. Spitters throw poison from distance; use cover and close the gap quickly. Frost zombies slow your movement on contact; keep them at range or use speed potions to escape.

General Mutation Tactics

Never fight mutations alone—the hive-mind means they coordinate perfectly. Use terrain to your advantage: climb structures Tanks cannot reach, use narrow passages to prevent surrounding tactics, and funnel them into kill zones.

Always retreat to shelter if you face multiple mutation types simultaneously. The horde's intelligence means they will adapt to your strategy, so rotate between different combat locations and tactics.
