Troubleshooting: The Experimental Warning Still Appears
Check That the Mod Is Actually Loaded
If you still see the experimental-settings popup, the first thing to verify is that the mod is active. Open your mod loader's mod list from the main menu and confirm Yeetus Experimentus appears there and is enabled. If it is missing, it is not installed in the correct mods folder for the loader you are launching.
Common Reasons It Seems Not to Work
- Wrong loader or profile. You may be launching a different game profile than the one the mod is installed for. Make sure the profile you click in the launcher matches the loader the mod supports.
- Another mod re-adding the screen. Some mods intentionally re-implement confirmation dialogs. If one of those is present, it can reintroduce a similar prompt even though Minecraft's own is gone.
- You are seeing a different warning. There are several unrelated warnings in Minecraft (for example, about missing datapacks or version mismatches). Yeetus Experimentus only targets the experimental-settings popup, not every dialog.
If none of these apply, remove the mod, confirm the popup returns, then reinstall it to rule out a corrupted download. As a last resort, check the mod's issue tracker for reports matching your loader and game version.
