Find Resources and Ores on the Seafloor
Locate Valuable Underwater Materials
The transparent boat bottom reveals ore deposits, gravel, sand, and other valuable blocks scattered across the ocean floor. This saves time compared to diving repeatedly.
Resource Spotting Technique
1. Know what to look for. Different blocks have distinct colors and textures—sand appears light, gravel is speckled, and ore blocks stand out against stone.
2. Row over promising areas. Ocean floors near cliffs, trenches, and varied terrain often have more resources scattered about.
3. Watch for clusters. Resources rarely appear alone. When you spot one valuable block, scan the surrounding area for more.
4. Note coordinates carefully. Mark locations of resource deposits so you can return with a pickaxe and proper mining gear.
5. Check multiple depths. Some resources appear only at certain depths. Explore different ocean zones to find variety.
Efficient Searching
Combine boat exploration with a systematic search pattern. Cover large areas quickly from the surface, then dive only to the spots you've identified. This approach is much faster than random underwater mining expeditions and lets you gather intelligence before committing resources to diving.
