How do I open the waypoint list in Xaero's Minimap?
Press U to open your waypoint list, where you can view, edit, and manage all saved waypoints and deathpoints. From this screen you can also toggle which waypoints appear on the minimap and in the world.
How do I create a waypoint quickly?
Press B while standing where you want the waypoint to be marked. A new waypoint is created at your current position, and you can rename it or change its color afterward from the waypoint list.
Why did a waypoint appear automatically when I died?
Xaero's Minimap creates a deathpoint automatically at the location where you died. It shows up in your waypoint list so you can navigate back to recover your items.
How do I teleport to a waypoint?
Open the waypoint list with U, select the waypoint, and use the teleport option if it's enabled. Teleporting typically requires cheats or the appropriate permissions to be active on the world or server.
Why does my minimap look different underground?
The minimap automatically detects when you're below the surface and switches to an underground view, showing nearby caves and tunnels instead of the surface terrain. This helps you keep your bearings while exploring caves and abandoned mineshafts.
