Choose Between Orange and Soul Lantern

Lantern Type Options

Waylight Mod offers two distinct lantern styles: the standard orange lantern and the blue soul lantern. Each provides the same functionality but with different visual aesthetics and light colors.

Changing Your Lantern Type

Access your mod settings from the main menu or in-game settings screen. Find the Lantern Type option in the Waylight Mod configuration panel. Select either the standard lantern or the soul lantern from the dropdown menu.

Your choice takes effect immediately, and the lantern on your character will update to reflect the new style.

Visual Differences

• Standard Lantern: Emits a warm orange glow, matching traditional Minecraft lanterns. This is ideal for a classic aesthetic.
• Soul Lantern: Emits a cool blue glow, creating an eerie or magical atmosphere. Perfect for exploring the Nether or creating a unique vibe.

Both lanterns provide identical lighting coverage and automatic features. Your choice is purely cosmetic, so feel free to switch between them based on your current mood or the environment you're exploring.
