What does the Wawla mod do?
Wawla is a HUD information mod and Waila/Hwyla addon that displays extra details about the block or entity you are looking at. It shows things like mob armor points, breeding cooldowns, block hardness, and enchanting power.
What Minecraft versions does Wawla support?
Wawla supports Minecraft 1.15.2, 1.16.1, 1.16.2, 1.16.3, 1.16.4, and 1.16.5 on Forge. Older versions such as 1.7.10 through 1.12.x were also supported with different dependencies.
What mod loader does Wawla use?
Wawla is a Forge mod. It runs on the Forge mod loader.
What mods does Wawla require?
Wawla requires Hwyla or Waila, along with Bookshelf. For Minecraft 1.15.2 through 1.16.5 it needs Hwyla and Bookshelf, for 1.8.x through 1.12.x it needs Hwyla, and for 1.7.10 it needs Waila.
Does Wawla add new items or blocks?
No, Wawla does not add new items or blocks. It is an addon that displays additional information about existing blocks and entities through the information display HUD.
What information does Wawla show about mobs?
Wawla shows mob armor points, animal breeding cooldown, baby animal growth time, horse speed and jump strength, villager profession, and whether a pet is tamed along with its owner's name.
What information does Wawla show about blocks?
Wawla shows block hardness, blast resistance, break progress, enchanting power, and the correct tool needed to harvest a block. It also shows player skull owner names, item frame contents, and furnace contents with remaining fuel.
Is blast resistance and block hardness shown by default in Wawla?
No, block blast resistance and block hardness are off by default in the Wawla config. They can be enabled in the configuration.
Does Wawla show trapped chests differently?
Yes, Wawla displays trapped chests as normal chests instead. This is a configurable option in the mod.
Can I configure what Wawla displays?
Yes, Wawla has a config file with 21 options, including armor_points, beehive_count, beehive_honey, beehive_smoked, blast_resistance, block_ench_power, break_progress, breeding_cooldown, breeding_item, frame_contents, growing_cooldown, hardness, hide_trap_chest, horse_jump, horse_speed, plugin_wawla, skull_owner, table_ench_power, villager_tier, villager_tier_progress, and villager_type.
