How to Fix Common Minecraft VR Mod Tracking and Performance Problems
Tracking Feels Off or Drifts
If your hands or view drift away from where they should be, the problem is usually the VR runtime, not the mod. Check that your base stations or cameras have clear line of sight to your headset and controllers, that reflective surfaces and bright windows are covered, and that your play boundary is calibrated. Recenter from your VR dashboard, then reload the world.
Low Frame Rate or Stutter
VR is far more demanding than flat Minecraft. Lower your render distance and graphics settings in the mod's VR options, disable fancy leaves and heavy particles, and reduce your headset's render resolution or supersampling in the VR runtime. Close background apps. A stable frame rate matters more than visual fidelity in VR.
Hands Don't Match Your Real Hands
Recalibrate controller tracking in your VR runtime, replace controller batteries, and make sure the controllers are charged and paired. If only one hand is wrong, it's almost always a controller tracking issue rather than a mod bug.
Nausea and Comfort
If movement makes you ill, switch to snap turning, reduce movement speed, and enable any comfort/vignette options the mod offers. Play in short sessions and stop immediately when you feel unwell.
