Understand Why You Can't Be Voted Against

Protected Players

Some players on your server have the VOTEBAN.BYPASS permission, which makes them immune to vote-based punishment. This typically includes trusted members, staff, or VIP players.

What This Means

If you try to start a vote against a protected player:

`

/voteban ProtectedPlayer Hacking

`

The command will fail, and the plugin will notify you that this player cannot be targeted by votes.

Reporting Protected Players

If a protected player is breaking rules, you cannot use the vote system against them. Instead:

Step 1: Report the behavior to online staff or server admins directly.

Step 2: Use your server's ticket or report system if available.

Step 3: Contact admins through Discord or your community platform.

The bypass permission exists to prevent abuse and protect important community members from frivolous votes.
