Start Your First Vote to Remove a Rule-Breaker

Initiating a Vote

When you spot a player breaking rules and no staff are online, you can start a community vote to punish them.

Step 1: Decide which action fits the offense:

  • /votekick <player> — removes them temporarily
  • /voteban <player> — permanent removal (uses your server's ban system)
  • /votemute <player> — silences their chat

Step 2: Type the command with the player's name and reason:

`

/votekick Griefer123 Destroying spawn area

`

Step 3: The plugin broadcasts the vote to all online players. Other players cast their vote using /addvote.

Reaching a Verdict

The vote succeeds when it reaches the threshold your server admin configured—either a specific number of votes or a percentage of online players. Once the requirement is met, the plugin automatically executes the punishment using your server's existing kick, ban, or mute commands.
