What does the Villagers Respawn Mod do?
It makes villagers respawn at their own beds after dying instead of disappearing. This means you no longer permanently lose your villagers.
Where do villagers respawn after they die?
They respawn at their bed, just like players do. This requires the villager to have a bed.
How much health do respawned villagers have?
They return with full health, which is 20 HP.
Do villagers lose experience when they respawn?
They lose a bit of XP when they die, but never a full level.
Do villagers always respawn on every difficulty?
They always respawn on Easy mode, and almost always on Normal and Hard modes.
What happens to villagers killed by zombies in Hard Mode?
In Hard Mode, villagers killed by zombies turn into zombie villagers instead of respawning. You can disable zombie conversion or tweak how it works.
