Accessing Configuration

The mod includes configurable settings that control pickup behavior. Access your mod's configuration file to customize how the pickup mechanic works for your playstyle.

Key Settings

Experience Cost: By default, picking up villagers costs experience points scaled to their profession level. You can adjust or disable this cost entirely in the config.

Baby Villagers: Baby villagers cannot be picked up by default. If you want to transport baby villagers, enable this option in your configuration file.

Customization Tips

• Set experience costs to zero if you want free villager transport
• Enable baby villager pickup if you're breeding villagers and need to relocate them
• Adjust settings based on your server's difficulty and playstyle

After modifying the config file, restart your game or server for changes to take effect.
