Turning Veinminer On and Off While You Play

Using the Toggle Command

Sometimes you want to mine one block at a time, for example when building with stone or clearing a single ore without disturbing the rest. The plugin gives you a personal toggle for exactly this.

Type /veinminer toggle in chat and press enter. The plugin will confirm whether veinmining is now enabled or disabled for you. This setting is per player, so toggling it off does not affect anyone else on the server.

When to Toggle Off

• Precision building: placing and breaking single blocks in a build where a chain break would ruin your layout.
• Selective mining: you only want one ore block and want to leave the rest of the vein for later.
• Avoiding accidental breaks: if you are mining near a structure you want to keep, turning veinmining off prevents a stray chain from eating blocks you meant to save.

Toggle back on with the same command when you are ready to strip-mine again. There is no penalty for switching frequently, so use it as a quick on/off switch during a session rather than a permanent setting.
