Disable rotation for specific blocks
Finding the configuration file
The Vectorientation Mod stores its settings in a configuration file located in your .minecraft/config folder. Look for the mod's config file (typically named after the mod).
Disabling rotation per-block
Open the config file in a text editor. You'll find a list of blocks with their rotation and squash-and-stretch settings. To disable rotation for a specific block:
1. Locate the block entry you want to modify
2. Set its rotation value to false or 0 (depending on config format)
3. Save the file
4. Restart your game or reload chunks
Common blocks players disable rotation for include sand, gravel, and concrete powder, since their rotation might look odd during natural falling. You can disable rotation while keeping squash-and-stretch enabled, or vice versa.
Applying changes
If your game doesn't automatically reload the config, restart Minecraft entirely. Changes take effect immediately for newly falling blocks.
