Beyond Vanilla Containers

Vault Vision Peek Mod isn't limited to Minecraft's default storage blocks. It reads modded storage furniture and custom inventory blocks from other mods, making it compatible with most mod packs.

How It Works with Mods

If a mod adds custom storage containers, the HUD will display the same information:

• Total item count
• Unique item types
• Available slots
• Fill level indicator
• Top stored items list

Simply look at the modded container and the overlay appears automatically. This works across different mod packs and custom modded blocks, as long as they use standard inventory mechanics.

Compatibility Notes

The mod also supports specialized containers like chest minecarts and hopper minecarts, which are useful for transportation and automation systems. In multiplayer servers, the scanning happens server-side to minimize network traffic, so modded containers are scanned efficiently without impacting performance.

If a particular modded container isn't being detected, check that it uses standard Minecraft inventory systems. You can adjust the scan radius in settings if containers are too far away to detect.
